These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Raz Three Investment, doing business as Hampton Hustle Fitness ("Hampton Hustle Fitness," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Membership fees and payment terms are outlined at the time of registration. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, ClubReady. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for all charges associated with your account.
Participation in fitness activities, including but not limited to boxing, HIIT, and bootcamp classes, involves inherent risks of injury. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities. You acknowledge that you are in good physical health and have consulted with a physician before beginning any exercise program.
In no event shall Hampton Hustle Fitness, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or participation in our fitness programs.
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to our Services are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The Hampton Hustle Fitness name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Raz Three Investment.
Members may cancel their membership in accordance with the terms outlined in their membership agreement. Please contact us directly for cancellation procedures and any applicable fees.
